The College of Engineering, Computing, Technology, and Mathematics at SIU Carbondale holds fast to a unique tradition of access and opportunity, inclusive excellence, and top-tier research, encouraging creativity within a climate of outstanding student success-focused teaching. The college, as part of a nationally ranked public research university, creates and shares knowledge aimed at shaping future leaders, improving communities and transforming lives. The college’s six schools offer a wide range of courses leading to bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. The college promotes opportunities for students to participate in a wide range of activities outside the class room including research, design competitions, service oriented projects and leadership development activities.

Engineering Excellence Fund: Funds raised are used to support Engineering and Technology in the college. This includes but is not limited to much needed equipment and labs for faculty and students.

Engineering Scholarship Fund: Funds raised are used to provide scholarships for students in the College of Engineering.

Success in Engineering Through Excellence and Diversity (SEED) Fund: Funds raised support the operation of the Minority Engineering Program in the College of Engineering.

LDP Student Project and Activities Fund:  Members of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) are expected to participate and lead various activities throughout their time at SIU.  Fund raised support these student activities.  

Technology Advancement Initiative Scholarship Fund:  Scholarship to benefit students with a preference for students in thee School of Applied Engineering and Technology.

Will Bushelle Scholarship Endowment Fund:  Scholarship with a preference to an Engineering student that is Active duty military/reserve veteran or active ROTC. If no applicants qualify then an Engineering student participating in the Leadership Development Program may be chosen.

An endowed scholarship has been established in Will Bushelle’s name honoring his commitment to service.
